\u201cBJELOVAR\u201d VHF CONTEST RULES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Radio club \u201cNikola Tesla\u201d Bjelovar, 9A1GIJ-9A9D is the organizer of the VHF contest \u201cBjelovar\u201d.
\nTimeslot –<\/strong> The contest is held on the last Sunday in September from 7:00 to 10:00 UTC.
\nFrequency<\/strong> \u2013 the contest is held on 144 MHz according to the band plan of the IARU region 1.
\nCategories<\/strong>:
\nA \u2013 single operator, all modes
\nB \u2013 multiple operators, all modes (clubs)
\nC \u2013 FM only
\nModes<\/strong> \u2013 the permitted modes are CW, SSB and FM according to the existing band plan of the IARU region 1. Contacts made by reflection from the moon (EME), meteor trails (MS), via satellite, transponder or repeater as well as cross-band contacts are not recognized.
\nThe permitted transmitter power<\/strong> must be in accordance with the power specified in the amateur radio station’s operating license.
\nReports<\/strong> \u2013 during the contest, it is mandatory to exchange the report according to the RST scale, the serial number of the contact (starting with 001) and the WW locator.
\nScoring<\/strong> is carried out according to the principle of 1km = 1 point. During the contest, only 1 contact with the same station is allowed, regardless of the category and mode. Duplicate contacts must be entered in the logbook, clearly marked and scored with zero points.
\nContest logs<\/strong> are kept in a standard format with all necessary contact data: date, time (UTC), correspondent callsign, mode, submitted report and serial number of the contact, received report and serial number of the contact, WW locator of the correspondent, and achieved QRB in kilometers.
\nThe summary sheet<\/strong> should be in a standard format with the category, WW locator from which it was made, a statement on compliance with the contest rules and hamspirit (data is entered in the header of the EDI file).
\nDeduction of points or disqualification<\/strong> and all possible disputes will be resolved according to the instructions on the rules of the VHF\/UHF contest of the IARU region 1.
\nSubmission of contest logs<\/strong> is carried out exclusively in electronic form in EDI format on the VHF (UKV) robot at the address https:\/\/www.hamradio.hr\/vhfrobot\/upload_edi.php<\/a>.
\nThe deadline<\/strong> for submitting logs is 8 days after the contest.
\nLog processing and publication of results<\/strong> \u2013 Unofficial results will be published on the website hrvhf.net, section \u201cContest\u201d (VHF ROBOT) no later than 15 days after the deadline for log submission. An appeal against the published unofficial results can be submitted to the contest organizer in writing no later than 8 days after their publication. After the deadline for appeal, the published unofficial results become official. The right to interpret the contest rules has exclusively the contest commission of the RK \u201cNikola Tesla\u201d Bjelovar 9A1GIJ. Everything not regulated by these rules is regulated by the IARU Region 1 VHF Contest Regulations.
\nAwards to contesters
\n<\/strong>Cups\/plaques will be awarded to the first-place stations in all categories, and diplomas to all those who send their logbook within the deadline.
\nSpecial provisions
\n<\/strong>The club station RK \u201cNikola Tesla\u201d under the call sign 9A9D participates outside of the placement; in category B \u2013 multiple operators all modes, only stations of amateur radio organizations (clubs, associations, societies, etc.) are eligible to apply, regardless of how many modes they used in the contest;
\ncategories A and C are only for personal \/private\/ stations,
